Recently we have had the pleasure of assisting a longstanding client with a rather interesting project, supplying samples of four different materials in different finishes for approval. The client was seeking a supply of granite and marble for use within a hotel development, which we sourced from four individual suppliers. This provided no extra hassle for the client however, as all shipments will be collated by our team and loaded into three containers.
For the client this was processed as just one order, one payment and only 2 bills of lading, simplifying the transaction greatly for him and his company.
The customer in question has dealt with us for a long time, and knew that he could rely on us to get the right material in top quality finish, and that we could despatch to a tight deadline without him having to worry or leave his desk.
We saved him miles of travel and hours out of the office, as the architect continued to modify his design and specifications up until last week. Despite this potential time-delay, it is still only 4 weeks from receiving the order.
