Novex Group SRL are fully committed to our customers, and have been working hard for years to assist our valued clients in finding reliable and competitive suppliers/trading partners worldwide. In recent years a major emphasis for our clients and by extension Novex has been the strengthening of business relations between our clients in Australia and New Zealand, and potential suppliers throughout Europe.
With over 20 years of experience in forging lasting relationships in spite of any cultural and language difficulties, this task suited our collective skill set well. We have visited and reported on numerous companies as well as touring various exhibitions in order to give our customers a virtual exhibition experience, all while avoiding the cost of long haul flights and lost sales time at home.
Thanks to the ease of overseas travel the world is rapidly shrinking, and this opens up valuable opportunities for the more isolated countries around the globe. We here at Novex would like to help these far away countries improve their purchasing from anywhere in Europe.
The future looks fairly bright in regards to the bolstering of trade between Australian and European companies, with Australian imports up by 16.9% in 2017 as compared to the previous year (though down 4.8% from 2013), coming in at a final figure of US$ 221.4 billion.
New Zealand Imports for 2017 also rose by 10.8% from 2016 and 1.2% since 2013 at a figure of US$ 40.1 billion.
China, USA, and Japan are in fact the three biggest exporters to Australia; Germany sit at number six while the UK lags behind in tenth. China, Australia, and USA are also the three biggest exporters to N.Z. with Germany in fifth and the UK tenth.
From Germany and the UK, Australia primarily imports goods such as vehicles, machinery, pharmaceuticals, electronic goods and medical equipment. Germany sells more plastics while the UK ship out more beverages. The same countries also export the same top five product sectors to N.Z, though here the UK sell more books than beverages.
In terms of total exports to both Australia and N.Z, Germany doubles the UK’s exports to both countries.
